Postdoc position in spatial and molecular epidemiology

We are now accepting applications for a postdoctoral research position in our group to start later in 2019. This position is part of a USDA NIFA funded project to track the spread of plant pathogens through agricultural landscapes using population genomic data.

This position would be perfect for anyone interested in combining spatial epidemiology with population genetic/ phylogeographic methods. We are particularly interested in plant pathogens with complex life cycles and mixed modes of reproduction that undergo recombination. For full details and how to apply see: NSCU.SpatialPhylogeography.PostdocAdvert.June2019
